The hotel's location near the beach was amazing with rooms literally on the beach front and a pier where breakfast and drinks were served. the rooms seemed to be in a dire need of maintenance, as commented by fellow guests, to justify its high price. the staff were friendly and ready to help, but the pool was small and unappealing in comparison to the beach.

The hotel lacked good on-site dining options and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which made it nearly impossible to get work done or stay connected.

It was difficult to get there by car - and i can't even imagine how we would have gone there without a car! It has a supermarket close by - very simple but enough - but nothing more that could be interesting... Also we had many ants in our room.

Spent xmas at a hotel by the beach - amazing experience! The hotel was situated by the beach with beautiful sea view. The breakfast buffet and friendly staff were two other key aspects we liked. We enjoyed swimming and sunbathing on the beach and taking long walks late into the evenings.

The hotel's WiFi wasn't very reliable, making it difficult to make plans and stay in touch with friends. , the swimming pool was quite small, which made it hard for adults to enjoy swimming there.

Hotel was very good! The staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was small, but confortable and we had a great view! Breakfast was also good, with juices, coffe, milk, bread and fruits. I really recomend this hotel!!!

The only "problem" is the localization. If you are traviling by bus, its dificult to get there. The hotel is far from the city. The swimmpool is small (picture was bigger) and was durty, but the view is perfect! So it was not a problem.

Difficult to get there. None of the staff spoke english when we where there so it was very difficult to find things to do in the area.

Great location by the sea, with an incredible view from the room. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. We had a great time swimming in the safe pier water where we saw sea turtles every day.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the air conditioning was not working in our room the first night, but the staff quickly replaced it the next day. we had a wonderful stay.

Well located, good price, good value for money. Good neighborhood. Many people from Rio de Janeiro like this hotel and often stay there. All of them are English-speakers and very-interesting. So even if you travel alone you will not be bored. Very good and kind staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, it's literally on the beach and we were able to see sea turtles every afternoon. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and the pier was safe for swimming with pleasant water temperature. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. Our room had an incredible view of the sea and was very clean.

Hard to get to. It cost us a fortune to go by taxi.A Transfer service is offered but upon request was not available. I am sure it was mentioned it was 7.5 kms from town but it was more like 35 kms from town being Angra de rios as was the town I entered in the search. Half the items on the menu were unavailable as were half the drinks on the list. Your booking said I had paid 50% of the booking by cr card but on paying the balance the manager made me pay the full amount so I don't expect anything to be on my cr card!!!! Free internet mentioned but it was not available
